What I don't like is having to remove heavy 2nd row seats to move furniture, lack of remote start feature, the cup holders in 2nd row are hard to reach for toddler, and the overall look of the vehicle. I think Honda and Chrysler mini vans are better looking, but Toyota won in every other category. They had the best ratings, best safety, most cabin space, best mileage, best warranty and price for my budget, most horsepower/ towing capacity and most comfortable ride. I traded my mid size SUV and get better mileage with the van, so that's great! Time will be the true test but so far, this van is great!
